These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use totalhauling.net, request an estimate, book a job, or receive text messages from Total Hauling Junk Removal (“Total Hauling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

We provide junk removal, debris removal, cleanouts, hauling, and light demolition for homes and businesses in Allentown, the Lehigh Valley, and nearby areas. The exact work for each job is what we agree on with you before the job starts.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates are free.
  • Estimates are based on the photos, descriptions, or on-site look we get from you. If the amount, weight, or type of material is different on the day of the job, the price may change. We will tell you the new price before we do any extra work.
  • Extra fees may apply for heavy materials, items that need special disposal, or hard-to-reach spaces. We will tell you about these before we start.

4. Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible by calling (484) 714-4551.
  • Weather, safety issues, or events outside our control may delay a job. If that happens, we will contact you to reschedule.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You own the items we remove, or you have the right to have them removed.
  • You will give us safe access to the items and the work area.
  • You will tell us about anything that could affect safety or the job, such as hazardous materials, structural problems, or pests.
  • You will point out anything that should not be removed. Once we haul an item away, we may not be able to get it back.

6. Items We Cannot Take

We remove non-hazardous materials only. We cannot accept:

  • Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, or pesticides
  • Asbestos or materials suspected to contain asbestos
  • Medical or biohazard waste
  • Paint, oil, or fuel, unless we agree in advance

If we find any of these items during a job, we will leave them in place and let you know.

7. Payment

  • Payment is due when the job is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • We will confirm accepted payment methods when you book your job.

8. Donations and Recycling

We donate and recycle items when we reasonably can. We decide which items can be donated or recycled. Once items leave your property, they belong to us to dispose of, donate, or recycle.

9. Property Damage

We take care to protect your property. If you believe we caused damage during a job, please tell us as soon as possible and send photos to totalhauling22@gmail.com. Total Hauling is licensed and insured. We are not responsible for damage caused by existing conditions, such as weak floors, worn surfaces, or items that were already damaged, or by conditions you did not tell us about.

10. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program: Total Hauling LLC customer and promotional text messages.

What you’ll receive: If you check the service consent box on our estimate request form, we may send you non-marketing text messages about quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, job updates, and review requests. If you also check the separate, optional marketing consent box, we may send you marketing and promotional text messages, such as special offers, discounts, and seasonal service reminders.

Missed calls: If you call our business line and we are unable to answer, we may send one text reply to the number you called from. The text reads: “Hi, this is John with Total Hauling LLC. Sorry I missed your call. If you text me photos of what needs to be removed, I’ll get a quote over to you. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” You will not receive further automated texts unless you reply or submit our estimate request form.

To stop messages, reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you’ve opted out, and no more messages after that.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

11. Use of Our Website

  • The content on this website, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Total Hauling and may not be copied without permission.
  • Information on this website is for general purposes. Prices and service details shown online may change. Your estimate is what applies to your job.
  • Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Total Hauling is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services or website. Our total liability for any job will not be more than the amount you paid us for that job.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
